'BAD' government, awkward or wayward. you make the call. Awkward people are prone to make fools of themselves when they try to hard to have it their way. *Bad Government tries to hard to have it their way. Big-Government is an awkward beast. (1.) You have to listen to the people. (1.1) To not do so is a foolish mistake.
