I made changes to the source chart
because it didn't make enough sence.

I had trouble understanding the chart.
so i made made some changes to it.
I added ( 1ST SET. ) (2ND SET.) and ( 3RD SET. ) TEXT
*
I allso added the ( + 2 ) reps to (level4 ) as a hint on how to do the workout program.

I'm still not shure if it's correct becuase the source web
page did not make every thing very clear.

I hope my fix is correct.
I think this is a correct edit * becuase i can't see how only doing 2 pushups is good for anything.
