I plan on doing the (level 4) sets next week.
starting monday.

It looks simple enough.
I completed week1 without a efort .
and added a bench press workput to supplement
my work out becuase week one was to easy.
The workout program doesn't look like it gets very tough until week5 and week6.

other plans


The push plan makes a good warm up for a good regular free weight routine.
The bech press is still my favorite.
other than that i just like to sit on mu butt all day.

I prefer zen and meditation.
